Isgodly Hosting provides its service to you (“customer”) subject to the following Terms of Service ("TOS"), which may be updated by Isgodly Hosting without notice to you at any time.

Acceptance of the TOS is absolute and applies to you (“customer”) as an account owner regardless of the number of websites contained within your account(s).  If you host multiple sites you, as the account owner, are responsible for all sites within your account and for each site’s adherence to these Terms of Service. 

In consideration of your use of any Isgodly Hosting service, the customer agrees to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form (b) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete, (c) provide true, accurate, current, complete and valid information about your method of payment (such information being the “Billing Data”), (d) maintain and promptly update the Billing Data to keep it true, accurate, current, complete and valid. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Isgodly reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the services Isgodly offers.

Payments for your use of any Isgodly hosting services will be automatically billed to the payment method the customer provides in his/her Billing information.  The following describes Isgodly’s billing practices:

• 1. Charges are billed each month on the date the customer’s service was purchased, based on the current packages in your account on the billing date.
• 2. Canceling an Isgodly service will not deactivate/terminate your account until the next billing date.
• 3. Please note that all payments made to Isgodly Hosting are non-refundable.
